Paytm's Governance Changes

Fintech leader Paytm has taken significant steps by cutting ties with its payments bank arm, Paytm Payments Bank (PPBL). This move aims to enhance operational independence between the parent company, One97 Communications, and PPBL. Going forward, both entities will operate independently.
